Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, record and relay information, schedule appointments, and perform data entry.
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
