Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Clerk to join our team at PHOENIX INVESTIGATION AND SECURITY SERVICES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating events.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, promoting a positive and professional image of the company.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a busy office environment, with regular interactions with clients and colleagues.
