Indigenous Patient Experience Director

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Indigenous Patient Experience Director to join our team at Providence Health Care. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in advancing Truth and Reconciliation with Indigenous peoples.

**Responsibilities:**
- Support the development and implementation of the Indigenous Wellness & Reconciliation Action Plan in alignment with our Mission, Vision, Values, strategic directions, goals, and objectives.
- Build influence and trust with our leaders, medical staff, staff, and partners through effective communication and collaboration.
- Coaches PHC managers, physicians, and staff in building relationships with Indigenous Wellness services team members.
**Requirements:**
- A Master's degree in Health or Business Administration, Leadership or Organizational Development, or other related Master's degree, plus seven (7) to ten (10) years of related organizational development experience, preferably in an Indigenous health care context.
- Demonstrated leadership and initiative in developing, implementing, and evaluating Indigenous Wellness services and programming.
**What We Offer:**
- The salary range for this role is $113,195 - $162,718 per year, depending on experience.
