Employee Benefits Specialist

Acera Insurance is seeking a skilled Employee Benefits Consultant to join our team in Victoria, BC. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to optimize their benefits offerings and achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance and expert recommendations.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Analyze data and industry trends to identify opportunities for better offerings and cost savings for clients.
- Develop and present solutions tailored to clients' unique needs.
- Assist clients with the design, implementation, and education of employee benefits and retirement programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Life License Qualification Program (LLQP).
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits consulting or related role.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
