Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service and create memorable in-store experiences.
  • Promote a range of home appliance products, effectively communicating key benefits and differentiators to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations to generate excitement and interest among customers.
  • Collaborate with store sales teams and leadership to strengthen partnerships and improve store performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest appliance technology and product trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Maintain regular communication with your local Field Sales Trainer to share insights and updates from the store.
  • Monitor and strive to achieve weekly sales targets, with opportunities for bonus incentives based on performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliance sales.
  • Prior retail leadership experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the home appliance industry is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Flexible part-time availability, with shifts primarily on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (weekday afternoon/evening and weekend morning/afternoon).
  • Outgoing, energetic, and highly engaging, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Comfortable with technology and capable of learning new product features quickly.
  • Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
