About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Connect&GO. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with our company's long-term goals and objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with our CEO, COO, and Board of Directors to set overall business strategy, focusing on sustainable growth, profitability, and shareholder value.
  • Financial Planning & Reporting: Oversee financial health, capital structure, liquidity, and risk management. Conduct forecasting and sensitivity analysis for cash movements and earnings projections.
  • Strategic Financial Relationships: Act as the primary spokesperson for financial performance to the investment community. Lead capital-raising initiatives and manage investor relations.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Develop a risk management framework covering financial, operational, strategic, and compliance risks. Ensure compliance with global standards and lead financial audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Technology & Innovation: Champion advanced technologies and analytics to transform financial operations and drive efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; Master's in Business or Finance is a plus.
  • Certifications: CPA or CFA certification.
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in senior financial roles, with 5 years as a CFO or equivalent in a scale-up organization.
  • Skills: Proven track record in strategic planning, business transformation, and driving growth. Experience in capital market transactions, secondary offerings, and M&A activities.
