Job Title: Chief Financial and Administrative Officer
Location: Des Moines

As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic and operational objectives of the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the formulation of strategic and operational goals.
  • Participating in board meetings and audit committee discussions.
  • Overseeing the budget planning process.
  • Ensuring effective financial oversight by evaluating budgetary performance and generating financial statements.
  • Providing procurement assistance to fulfill organizational requirements.
  • Establishing health, safety, and sanitation policies and programs.
  • Managing operations related to the development and upkeep of IT infrastructure.
  • Executing additional related duties as necessary.
Requirements:
  • CPA designation is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience within a Para-public sector is advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation skills with governmental entities.
  • Proficiency in both French and English is essential.
