- Design industrial products that balance styling, aesthetics, and functionality, impacting customer experiences and appreciation.
- Establish deep relationships with international design brands and luxury products to integrate them into aircraft.
- Conduct research on emerging design trends to drive innovation.
- Present design concepts and gather customer feedback.
- Create a detailed vision for identifying and meeting customer needs.
- Lead a team of designers to plan, organize, and execute projects.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to rapidly experiment and iterate on design concepts.
- University degree in Industrial Design or equivalent, with an MBA preferred.
- 20+ years of experience in Industrial Design, Interior Design, R&D, and related activities.
- Track record of design innovation successes.
- Good understanding of the Business Aircraft Industry, key players, markets, and customers.
- Creative, collaborative, and driven to innovate.
- Solid communication skills to engage people and generate buy-in.
