About the Role
In this opportunity as Technical Lead for Scalable Infrastructure, you will lead and mentor a team of engineers to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to your team.
- Operational Excellence: Drive the implementation of best practices for reliability, scalability, and performance across our systems and services.
- System Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable and resilient architectures for our cloud-based infrastructure and applications.
- DevOps Practices: Promote and implement DevOps principles and practices to streamline software delivery, automate infrastructure provisioning, and improve deployment processes.
- Automation and Tooling: Champion the use of automation and tooling to streamline operational workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce manual toil.
About You
You're a fit for this role if your background includes:
• Proven experience in a leadership role, managing a team of engineers or related technical professionals.
• Proficiency in Observability tools such as Data Dog or New Relic.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in software development and/or technology platform, infrastructure, or operations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
• Experience with cloud technologies, services, use of their APIs, and configuration tools (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in DevOps practices and methodologies, with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and infrastructure as code.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, Computer Science or related technical degree preferred.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, C#.
• Experience designing and supporting scalable systems and services.
• Proficiency with Networking, Windows, Linux, Container, PostgreSQL, or related infrastructure services at scale.
• Ability to automate tasks to improve service operations and support.
• Proficiency in data analysis from sources such as SQL, S3, Athena, etc.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer an estimated salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect comprehensive benefit plans, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for professional development.
