Carpenter - Construction and Renovation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our team at 1350300 B.C. LTD. as a key member of our construction and renovation team.
Key Responsibilities- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials to construct and renovate buildings.
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems to ensure structural integrity and safety.
- Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware to complete the building envelope.
- Scheduling and coordinating work on sites to ensure timely completion and minimal disruption to clients.
- Providing instruction and supervision to apprentices and other workers to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Estimating costs and materials to ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs to meet client requirements.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in carpentry and construction.
- Valid driver's licence to transport equipment and materials.
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces and in noisy environments.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
