Sales Enablement Specialist RoleWe are looking for a dedicated Sales Enablement Specialist to develop and deliver sales collaterals, training materials, and tools to enable our sales team to effectively sell our building automation solutions.
About YouTo succeed as a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience within the building automation industry.
- 2+ years proven track record of successfully launching and managing building automation products/solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
As a Sales Enablement Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering sales collaterals, training materials, and tools to support our sales team.
- Providing ongoing support to the sales team with product-related information and competitive insights.
- Collaborating with sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.
