About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at Dr. A Korada Inc. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Procedure Preparation: Prepare patients for dental examinations, ensuring they are comfortable and informed throughout the process.
  • Supply Management: Order dental and office supplies, maintaining a well-stocked inventory to ensure seamless operations.
  • Administrative Support: Perform administrative functions for the dental laboratory, including record-keeping and data entry.
  • Instrument Preparation: Prepare dental instruments and filling materials, adhering to strict sterilization and quality control protocols.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Patient Care: Polish teeth and clinical crowns, apply fluoride and sealant, and provide general patient care as needed.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and efficient use of our dental team's time.
  • Record-Keeping: Record dental procedures performed on patients, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Financial Transactions: Invoice patients for dental services, handling financial transactions with professionalism and attention to detail.
