Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate teams to deliver high-quality tax advisory services
  • Develop and implement cross-border tax strategies
  • Structuring international and domestic transactions
  • Design and implement repatriation strategies to minimize U.S. and foreign income taxes
  • Mergers & Acquisitions support

Requirements:

  • Professional designation (CMA, CA, LLB, CGA, MTax, CPA)
  • Post-In-Depth Tax course completion or current enrollment
