We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Lead Business Analyst to join our team at Citibank Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering subject matter expertise across Risk Management organization in coordination with organization's Risk Data & Technology and Business Architecture Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze complex reports to satisfy management requirements
• Develop broad-based business solutions to issues that have complex/multiple variables
• Lead reengineering efforts in business's methodology, strategy, and organizational goals
• Manage overall projects and contribute to identifying solutions for business reporting issues
• Provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions
• Act as advisor or coach to new or lower-level personnel in processes and procedures of the team
• Influence strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel, or provided services that have direct impact on the business
• Complete projects to acquire data, manage it, and present it for use in reporting and statistics

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of experience in Banking or Finance industry
• Experience/Certifications in Risk Management, Consulting, Strategy
• Comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives
• Effective collaborator, able to build relationships and partnerships with others to meet shared objectives
• Communicates effectively and in a way that conveys a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Education:

• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
• MBA/CPA/CGA and similar professional degrees
