Key Responsibilities:
• Design and analyze complex reports to satisfy management requirements
• Develop broad-based business solutions to issues with complex/multiple variables
• Lead reengineering efforts in business methodology, strategy, and organizational goals
• Manage overall projects and contribute to identifying solutions for business reporting issues
• Provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions
• Act as advisor or coach to new or lower-level personnel in processes and procedures
• Influence strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel, or provided services
• Complete projects to acquire data, manage it, and present it for use in reporting and statistics
Requirements:
• 6-10 years of experience in Banking or Finance industry
• Experience/Certifications in Risk Management, Consulting, Strategy
• Comprehensive understanding of how own area and others integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives
• Effective collaborator with ability to build relationships and partnerships
• Communicates effectively and conveys a clear understanding of unique needs of different audiences
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Proficient in basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Education:
• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
• MBA/CPA/CGA and similar professional degrees
