Position Overview:
- We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with expertise in FX Risk Technology.
- This position supports a Hybrid Work Model, requiring presence in the office three days a week.
- Video interviews will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
Role Summary:
The selected candidate will join the FX Risk application team, concentrating on the strategic advancement of the FX Risk valuation and management system. This role is pivotal in bridging communication between business stakeholders and technology teams to enhance business planning and performance assessment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned projects from initiation through to deployment.
- Engage with business partners to outline system requirements.
- Assess new IT innovations and propose system improvements.
- Deliver analysis, problem-solving, and risk management strategies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience within the financial services sector.
- Familiarity with FX/FX Options, Rates, or other Derivative products.
- Experience in Trade Capture and Risk management is advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in analytical and data analysis methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across global teams.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience in quantitative analysis or portfolio management is a plus.
