Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at Acosta. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' merchandising initiatives and fostering strong relationships with Store and Department Managers.
Responsibilities- Set up and maintain store displays and fixtures according to provided planograms and instructions.
- Plan and organize store visits within your assigned territory to ensure efficient scheduling.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and support teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Attend mandatory training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies.
- Cultivate positive relationships with key in-store contacts to drive business growth.
- Complete shift reports, including daily submissions with data and photographs of completed tasks.
- Merchandising experience is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
- Attention to detail is essential to execute planogram changes accurately.
- Organizational skills are necessary to multitask effectively and comply with deadlines.
- Physical capability to lift 30-50 lbs, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods of time.
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and adaptability are essential for success in this role.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral, are required.
