Floral Merchandising Specialist

About the Position

Brand Momentum is seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our national sales and merchandising team, you will have the opportunity to work independently at one retail location, approximately 3-4 hours per week in a designated area.

About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and attention to detail. You should be well-organized, enjoy a fast-paced work environment, and have excellent business relationship-building skills. Previous merchandising experience is an asset, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Perform merchandising tasks at one retail store, including restocking and maintaining sections
  • Address out-of-stock issues and ensure dead plants are removed
  • Clean sections, including dusting display fixtures and general cleaning
  • Water plants and flowers
  • Submit daily visit reports and call reports
  • Visit the store twice a week to maintain displays and relationships
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the store manager
  • Remove dead leaves and blooms, and unsalable products
  • Take photos of displays

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A smartphone and access to the internet
  • The ability to lift up to 25lbs
