Assistant Director of Care

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Care to join our team at TEEMA Group in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction to the care team, ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the care team to ensure exceptional client care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure client safety and well-being.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the care team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Provide guidance and support to the care team to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a care setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the care team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
