We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Firehouse Subs. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Ensure that all employees are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests
- Manage cash handling and inventory procedures
- 1 year of experience in food service or retail
- Availability to work days and afternoons
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- A competitive hourly wage of $16.50
