Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at 1332890 BC LTD. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Store Management: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and implement strategies to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency, reducing costs and improving productivity.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Work Setting: Urban area, rural area, convenience store, retail business, oil and gas industry.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines.
