Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1332890 BC LTD. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training, establishing work schedules, and organizing inventory.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and store operations.
- Hire and train new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient store operations.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Our retail store is located in an urban area, and public transportation is available. The work environment is fast-paced, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking required.
