We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at The Brick Warehouse. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Direct and control daily store operations, evaluate performance, and plan for future growth.
- Staff Management: Manage staff, assign duties, and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Marketing and Sales: Study market research and trends, determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, and develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and ensure excellent customer service.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 40 hours per week.
