Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Car Instructor Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing students on proper driving skills and techniques, evaluating driver performance, and providing feedback and coaching to improve driving abilities.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Instruct students on driving skills, traffic laws, and road safety practices
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Conduct road tests and assessments to determine student readiness for licensing
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and test results
  • Collaborate with other instructors to develop and implement effective teaching methods

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A valid Provincial Driving Instructor Licence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends
