Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at LANDMARK DESIGN INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase equipment, materials, and supplies in accordance with company specifications
  • Negotiate offers from suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and delivery schedules
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
  • Manage and oversee operational logistics, including inventory management and supply chain optimization
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
