We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Development Specialist to join our client's organization in a contract position. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the scholarship management system using Smart Simple.
- You will work closely with the Programs team to understand their requirements and provide technical support and advice to optimize the CRM system.
- You will champion the efficient flow of information within the organization while ensuring adherence to privacy and security policies.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A strong educational background in management information systems, business analysis, or computer science.
- Proven experience configuring and programming in CRM platforms, with a focus on scholarship management systems.
- Prior experience providing technical solutions in a client-oriented environment.
- Experience working in a scrum-style environment.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and Smart Simple.
- Proficiency in MySQL, SQL, HTML, CSS, and PHP programming languages.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; oral French language skills are an asset.
