Job Summary

K-Indu. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Millwright Foreman to oversee the operations of our industrial facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects, supervising a team of construction millwrights and apprentices, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction millwrights and apprentices to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement methods to improve productivity and efficiency in the workplace.
  • Prepare and submit reports on production and other key performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and recommend measures to improve workplace safety.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with team members, management, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Red Seal Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • CPR Certificate.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
