Your responsibilities will include guiding large-scale digital transformation projects, interpreting complex issues related to the Bank's strategic directions, and developing new innovative approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a large-scale digital transformation project to drive growth and innovation
  • Interpreting and advising on complex issues related to the Bank's strategic directions
  • Developing new innovative approaches to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating closely with other areas, including payment, legal & compliance, and banking products, to ensure a smooth integration of initiatives and processes

About the Team:

You will be part of an autonomous team of around forty specialists within the Digital Special Projects sector. Our team is known for its great complicity, spirit of mutual aid, dynamism, and sense of innovation. We value continuous development and internal mobility, offering personalized training programs and support to help you master your craft and develop new areas of expertise.

Prerequisites:

  • Experience in implementing a credit/debit card network in a banking/fintech context
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in product management and large-scale end-to-end projects, including 3 to 5 years in card products
  • Relevant experience in payment and financing
  • Ability to propose solutions and navigate ambiguity
  • Good knowledge of Agile processes and Confluence/JIRA tools
  • Excellent ability to influence stakeholders
