Nurse Specialist

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join its team. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings, including home care, liaison work, community health, and more. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the field team to achieve exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in a variety of healthcare settings
- Work collaboratively with the field team to achieve exceptional results
- Develop and implement customized care plans for patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
- Recognized diploma from a school of nursing and valid OIIQ license to practice
- Valid CPR certificate
- At least one year of nursing experience
- Bilingualism (English and French) spoken and written
- Excellent clinical judgment, problem solving, critical thinking, professionalism, punctuality, and ability to work as part of a team
