Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Human Resources: Conduct performance reviews, cost products and services, and organize and maintain inventory to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth.
- Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to maintain high-quality products.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
