Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Reliability Engineer to join our team at TEEMA. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading RCFA investigations, refining predictive and preventative maintenance programs, and developing QA/QC for critical electrical work.

Key Responsibilities
  • RCFA Investigations: Lead RCFA investigations to identify the root cause of electrical equipment failures and develop corrective actions.
  • Predictive Maintenance: Refine predictive and preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • QA/QC: Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for critical electrical work to ensure high-quality results.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for power and control issues, and develop work procedures and standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or CET with equivalent combination of demonstrated skill and work experience.
  • Registration: Registration with APEGA is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in heavy industrial maintenance.
  • Skills: Strong electrical aptitude, experience with PLC/DCS operations and logic, and ability to communicate effectively and constructively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Power Distribution: Knowledge of power distribution relaying and coordination.
  • Turbine Generator: Experience with turbine generator and voltage regulator.
  • Power Distribution Modeling: Knowledge of power distribution modeling software.
Physical Demands
  • Confined Space Entries: Ability to access confined space entries for RCFA investigations.
Ability to Work in a Team Environment

The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
