Job Title: Electrical Reliability Engineer

This role is responsible for providing technical expertise in electrical reliability and maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our mill.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigations to identify and address electrical equipment failures.
  • Develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with the Reliability Team and operations to develop and maintain reliability standards and practices.
  • Conduct Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify potential failure modes and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead small capital reliability improvement projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of reliability metrics and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in heavy industrial maintenance, preferably in a reliability engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation.
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and predictive maintenance software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
