The OpportunityOur full-time analyst program is designed to cultivate the quantitative and qualitative skills necessary to excel in a career in investment banking and as a future executive. You will receive both formal and on-the-job training throughout your tenure, gaining increasing levels of responsibility as you progress in your career. You will have the opportunity to work on numerous transactions, with the only constraint on your role being your own capacity, rather than your rank level.
Your ContributionAs an integral member of the advisory team, you will be challenged to accept increasing levels of responsibility as you develop your skills and reputation. Your work will directly impact our clients and the firm.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the execution of equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships, and principal investments
- Develop complex financial models for infrastructure transactions, including the use of macros and VBA programming
- Assist in the management of due diligence processes, including managing third-party advisors
- Develop asset valuations using a variety of approaches
- Prepare client presentations and actively participate in discussions
- Evaluate investment opportunities and manage existing investments
- Research potential investment banking opportunities; provide research on target companies, sectors, industries, and geographies
- Maintain marketing materials for the firm, including creating pitch decks to be presented to potential clients

RequirementsWe are seeking individuals with an undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, commerce, business, statistics, or other related fields, with exceptional academic results (minimum cGPA of 80% or 3.7/4.0), proven interest in investment banking through extracurriculars, internships, or competitions, and the ability to concisely communicate complex concepts and ideas verbally and in writing.
