Your RoleAs an integral member of the advisory team, you will be responsible for participating in the execution of equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships, and principal investments. You will develop complex financial models, assist in the management of due diligence processes, and prepare client presentations. You will also evaluate investment opportunities and manage existing investments. Your work will directly impact our clients and the firm.

Compensation and Employee OwnershipWe offer an above-market base salary, uncapped performance-based bonus, and employee ownership program that commences for all individuals from the end of their first full fiscal-year of employment. You will also have immediate access to principal investment opportunities alongside Partners, paid sabbatical every two years of employment, and access to Agentis' global mobility program.
RequirementsWe are looking for individuals with an undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, commerce, business, statistics or other related fields. You must be graduating by summer 2025 or already graduated, with exceptional academic results (minimum cGPA of 80% or 3.7/4.0). You should have a proven interest in investment banking through extracurriculars, internships, or competitions. You should be able to concisely communicate complex concepts and ideas verbally and in writing, take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision, and assume increasing levels of responsibility and seek solutions to complex problems.
Position TypeWe are seeking a permanent full-time candidate to start in 2025, with a desired location in Vancouver or Toronto.
