Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sustainability Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Responsibility department, you will be responsible for deploying our Corporate Responsibility (CR) strategy and supporting the development and implementation of ESG reporting processes.

In this role, you will work closely with our Finance team and other stakeholders to ensure the integration of CR strategy into operations, including responsible procurement, ESG reporting, and sustainable practices.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing processes, policies, and guidelines to support our CR strategy and achieve our objectives;
  • Evaluating project proposals in terms of effectiveness, feasibility, and strategic alignment, and monitoring budgets and schedules for programs under your responsibility;
  • Sitting on cross-functional working committees to ensure the integration of CR strategy into operations;
  • Establishing benchmarks, performance indicators, and internal dashboards to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize systems, processes, and controls to meet reporting needs;
  • Analyzing and interpreting data for various reporting needs;
  • Coordinating the production of our CR annual report and its updates;
  • Working closely with our Finance team and other stakeholders to disclose ESG information required by various standards to which we comply;

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reports for senior management and external stakeholders, as well as develop new and enhanced environmental and social KPIs.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An undergraduate degree in management, science, environment, sustainable development, or a related field;
  • A minimum of 5-8 years' experience in a position related to sustainable development and/or ESG disclosure;
  • Experience in data management;
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to produce several reports and presentations;

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
