Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at BC LTD DBA Holiday Inn Express & Suites. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to guests and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Balance cash and record sales accurately and efficiently.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a food and beverage service environment is an asset.

Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment.

Personal Suitability: Client focus, organized, team player.

Work Term: Permanent.

Work Language: English.

Hours: 35 hours per week.
