We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Implementation and Professional Services to lead our Professional Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating cross-functional teams to deploy our products to customers in a way that drives high satisfaction and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to deploy our products to customers in a way that drives high satisfaction and ROI.
- Drive the embedding and adoption of our products into large front-line teams at our customers.
- Build and design implementation programs that achieve adoption, ROI, and NPS goals for our clients.
- Partner closely with the sales organization to design programs that solve complex business problems for our clients.
- Work with other teams to secure and manage internal resources to meet hard timelines and deliverables.
- Manage scope and ensure the impacts of proposed scope changes are understood by both internal and external teams.
- Design and implement a reporting framework to accurately measure the success of ongoing launches.
- 10+ years of experience in professional services, customer success, or a similar function, with 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Exceptional communication skills to communicate complex concepts in a simple manner to executive buyers, external, and internal stakeholders.
- Enterprise experience working with large enterprise clients and coaching a team to effectively navigate and influence change in their customer's organizations.
- Software and change management experience deploying software tools to large customer support and call center operations.
- Quantifying ROI experience working closely with a cross-functional team to quantify the value and ROI being delivered by software tools.
- Resource planning experience understanding and forecasting the impacts of changes to scope and process when deploying software into a customer account.
- Recruitment experience attracting and retaining top professional services talent.
