About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at Banff Caribou Properties Ltd. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including main courses, sides, and desserts, using fresh ingredients and following established recipes.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure that meals are prepared and served efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer requests and ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
