We're seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Banff Hospitality Collective. This retro restaurant & karaoke bar features eye-catching fire tables, a sushi bar, groovy décor and a lively atmosphere. Complete with 2 karaoke rooms and a bonus Tiny Bar, this place has everything our guests are looking for and more. The menu features shareable bar bites, sushi hand rolls, grilled yakitori skewers, and crispy fried dishes.

What You Have:

  • Excellent work ethic and communications skills
  • 2-3 years of experience working in a kitchen
  • Previous sushi experience is preferred but not required
  • Previous experience with Asian style cuisine is preferred but not required
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment

This mid-level culinary position in the kitchen has lots of opportunity for growth. You will be responsible for cooking quality food, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and working closely with the Chefs.
