Responsibilities- Perform various analyses and technical work in a medical laboratory setting;
- Conduct tests and examinations to help diagnose and treat medical conditions;
- Maintain accurate records and reports;
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operation of laboratory services;
- Diploma of college studies with specialization in Medical Technology from a recognized institution;
- Membership in the Ordre professionnel des technologistes médicaux du Québec;
- At least 1 year of experience in a medical laboratory setting or related field;
- Strong knowledge of medical laboratory quality assurance systems and current trends;
- Excellent critical thinking, synthesis, and decision-making skills;
- Fluency in English, with Cree or French an asset;
- Competitive salary range $65,000 - $85,000 per year;
