Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Alma Counselling. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to staff and clients, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, including client information and office supplies.
- Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and reconciliations.
- Assist with reception duties, including greeting clients and directing them to the appropriate staff member.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Develop and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Experience working in a healthcare or social services setting.
- Knowledge of Google Docs and other cloud-based software.
