Job Title: Vice President, Finance

ATS Automation is seeking a seasoned financial executive to lead our Life Sciences Systems division as Vice President, Finance. This is a critical role that requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead a team of financial professionals to provide financial analysis, planning, and reporting
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize business initiatives and projects
  • Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of senior financial experience in a manufacturing or financial services environment
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through financial planning and analysis
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Advanced degree in finance or accounting, with professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or CGA
