Senior Financial Executive

ATS Automation is seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Executive to lead our Life Sciences Systems division. As a key member of our senior executive team, you will be responsible for driving strategic financial planning, managing financial operations, and providing expert financial guidance to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Provide expert financial guidance to the leadership team on business decisions and investments
  • Lead the finance team to ensure effective financial management and control
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of senior financial experience in a manufacturing or financial environment
  • Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement initiatives
