Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned financial executive to join our Life Sciences Systems team as Vice President, Finance. This is a critical role that will lead the financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis team to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Oversee financial reporting, including monthly and quarterly financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage financial relationships with external partners, including banks, investors, and auditors.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8-10 years of senior financial experience in a manufacturing or financial services environment.
  • Proven track record of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
