Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Phillip Grant. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and assist with personal care, including bathing and hygiene
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, ensuring a safe and healthy environment
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being
  • Shop for food and household supplies, ensuring our clients have access to essential items
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • First Aid Certificate and Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
