As a Director of Product Marketing, you'll play a key role in refining our practice of product marketing, driving our go-to-market strategy, and monetization efforts while enabling the hiring, career development, and growth of our product marketing managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Product Marketing team, building a high-performing team through coaching, career development, and effective hiring.
  • Establish and own our go-to-market process to understand our market, make more effective strategic decisions, and drive successful launches.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders on our vision, product strategy, and key initiatives to drive more competitive market positioning and differentiated value.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of Product Marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a role managing Product Marketing Managers.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for SaaS products resulting in successful launches with clear, measurable impact.
