Job Summary

East Side is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and provide guidance on sales strategies
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
  • Authorize return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints
  • Establish work schedules and supervise the activities of workers
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment

Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment, and you will be required to stand for extended periods. You must be able to work effectively in a team and provide excellent customer service.
