Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Max Fuel Distributors Ltd. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and train sales staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
    • Assign sales workers to duties and tasks to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Customer Service
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and that customers leave the store satisfied.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that stock is always available and that stockroom is organized and clean.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Count and reconcile cash and credit transactions at the end of each shift.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
