Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated individual to join our Reliability Team as a Fixed Plant Maintenance Planner.
This role reports to the Planning/Reliability General Foreman and involves working a 14 days on / 14 days off schedule at the mine site.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing, updating and monitoring detailed plans for executing maintenance activities.
Key responsibilities include effectively managing capacity and resources required to address planned maintenance backlog, identifying opportunities to reduce or eliminate downtime through preventive and predictive maintenance, shutdown planning, and collaboration with the reliability engineer.
Preferred Skills and Technical Competencies- Material Requirements Planning
- Scheduling techniques
- Process improvement
The ideal applicant will possess relevant experience or education in a mining, mineral processing environment, with a minimum of 3-5 years related experience.
Prior experience in planning and scheduling of maintenance, Red Seal Technician certification, or Engineer/Technologist designation are also essential qualifications.
