Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Redstar Transport Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our transportation company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the transportation team, including opening and distributing mail and other materials.
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
    • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant team members.
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Data Management and Reporting
    • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Document Management
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
    • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent oral communication skills.
    • Accurate and detail-oriented.
    • Client-focused and dependable.
Work Environment

As an Administrative Coordinator at Redstar Transport Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced transportation company environment. You will be required to work 40 hours per week and have a strong attention to detail.
